नए कानून के बाद पहली बार हत्या की जीरो एफआईआर, पुलिस ने दिखाई गंभीरता, आरोपी 2000 किमी दूर से गिरफ्तार

जयपुर में आपसी मारपीट में बिहार के एक युवक की मौत हो गई थी. युवक के पिता ने बिहार के पिपराही थाने में जीरो एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई थी.

00:22As soon as we got the zero FIR, the police immediately formed a large team and started investigating it.

00:28On the 3rd of August, in the Bagroo police station, there was a murder in which a wounded labourer was taken to Pihar by an ambulance.

00:37After his death, a post-mortem was carried out.

00:40After the post-mortem, the prisoners felt that there was a murder somewhere after the murder.

00:44So, the prisoners filed a zero FIR in the police station, which was later obtained by the mail and the police.

00:50As soon as we got the mail and the FIR, we formed a team under the leadership of Aditya S.P. Alok.

00:56The CCTV footages and videos of the surrounding areas were collected and the teams were formed.

01:04As the suspect was a suspect, after the analysis of the video footages,

01:10we got to know that after the beating, a person committed suicide, which is a matter of murder.

01:40So, a team was sent to Karnataka and the police arrested the suspect there.

01:45After that, we took a four-day transit from Karnataka to Kalbagh.

01:49After the BNS law was implemented, the first case of such a murder was brought to our attention.

01:57In many such serious cases, a person is not able to go so far to file an FIR.

02:05The person who committed suicide came here from Bihar to work as a labourer.

02:09Financially, the family is not able to survive.

02:11If such a person commits a suicide, it is our responsibility to bring justice to the victim.
