00:47First of all, working with Lehman Salon is absolutely amazing

00:50and it's only just the beginning.

00:52And I remember our first conversations

00:55was so many different things about makeup.

00:57So in that way we gelled and we clicked.

01:02And over talking to each other and getting to know each other

01:06we really realized that this bond is going to be amazing.

01:10Our partnerships are going to be amazing.

01:12And Sunny, how was your collaboration with Lehman and staff?

01:16We can share something about how Sunny connects to Lehman and Starstruck.

01:21Yeah, well I'll say something about Starstruck first.

01:24I'm very excited that Starstruck is here.

01:26And it's something that my team and myself, we've all been working so hard for.

01:32And when we talk about breaking the ceiling and breaking new barriers

01:36this is one of them where we can really go into our backyards,

01:40go into different cities all over India

01:42and have Starstruck stands everywhere.

01:45Sunny, are you more brand conscious or speed thinking or whatever?

01:50Are you more brand conscious?

01:56No, I'm not.

01:57If you've seen me, I'm not so brand conscious.

01:59I believe that you should work with brands and buy brands

02:03and buy things that suit your needs

02:05whether it's from the vendor right next door here

02:07or whether it's from a big mall.

02:10We wanted to know both of you from how Sunny connects to Lehman.

02:16How the collaboration started.

02:18She's the best person.

02:20How she connects to the brands.

02:22So since salon industry, we've been here since 2006.

02:26It's been long and we just wanted to take a new step.

02:29Start something new and what could have been better than Sunny's product.

02:33They are amazing.

02:35And the way she understands working ladies issues,

02:39what we have with products,

02:41how comfortable we need to be with the product,

02:43how long they need to last.

02:45All those answers are with Sunny's products.

02:48So that's the best thing about it.

02:50And I'm almost half way sold out with the products.

02:57And we are very excited to start it in all of Lehman branches.

03:00What is your plan for New Year?

03:03Any resolutions you made for New Year?

03:05And if you can share your plans for this year.

03:08My plans for this year is to nurture friendships

03:12and people around me who have supported me.

03:15That's something that I wanted to make sure that I nurture throughout the year.

03:19And the other one was on self-care, on longevity

03:23and really taking care of everything.

03:26On the outside looks great but everything on the inside also needs to look good.

03:30After all the collaborations you had with Sunny,

03:33how would you describe your experience with Lehman?

03:36My experience with Lehman has started a while ago now.

03:40It started on the couches at our office together.

03:44And it's going to continue to be strong.

03:47And I believe that, like she said, the products are almost sold out already.

03:51I believe that when it goes into any of the salons,

03:54with the right staff, with the right people and right partnerships,

03:57we will be restocking all the time.
