00:50Today we are gathered here not just to talk about technology,

00:53but to ignite a vision, a vision where Andhra Pradesh

00:56becomes a global digital technology powerhouse

00:59by embracing innovation, fostering deep technology capabilities,

01:04and driving convergence across industries.

01:07The Global Digital Technology Summit is not just a conference,

01:10it's a call to action, it's a call to dream bigger,

01:13collaborate more, work tirelessly towards building a deep technology Andhra Pradesh.

01:17If you notice, one of our mission statements in, you know,

01:21Swarn Andhra 2047 is to make deep tech a way of life.

01:26I believe this summit is a platform to think beyond the present,

01:29embrace future technologies, and build a state that sets benchmarks

01:34for innovation, sustainability, and societal transformation.

01:38You know, when other ed tech companies come and meet me,

01:42or when anyone wants to start a private university in Andhra Pradesh,

01:46I only tell them one thing, give me 21 days and I'll clear your file,

01:49I'll take it to cabinet.

01:50I request all the industry leaders to establish innovation hubs,

01:54adopt advanced technologies, and mentor startups.

01:57And this is how I'm proud to say that with Physicswala,

02:00we've inked an MOU to bring a university of innovation

02:03that will focus on deep technology to our beloved Vishakhapatnam.

02:08I think it is safe to say that today is Vishakha's day.

02:12I think there is so much of excitement, energy.

02:15Honestly, we only planned for the deep tech summit,

02:18but Modi ji, of course, knows how to gate crash,

02:21and sir decided that today is the day that he should come to Vishakhapatnam.

02:25And it's amazing the kind of support that we're getting

02:28from the Honorable Prime Minister to Andhra Pradesh.

02:32If you look at it, almost 2 lakh crore plus investments are going to be kicked off today.

02:38And these are not just about traditional jobs,

02:40it's about creating next generation, the green hydrogen,

02:43and really leapfrogging in terms of positioning Andhra Pradesh.

02:48Coming to North Andhra, in the coming year,

02:50you will see us announcing the world's largest chemical park,

02:54the world's largest pharma park.

02:56I want to create a data city not for India, but a data city for the world.

03:01And the capital of it will actually be Vishakhapatnam.
