00:00I wonder if that will factor into Cleveland's decision as they do have one of the top picks

00:07I haven't gotten your thoughts on this yet.

00:08It will be the Tennessee Titans who have the top selection followed by Cleveland and the

00:13Giants and the Pats and the Jacks.

00:15It sounds like the Titans didn't want to put the decision of the first overall pick in

00:19the hands of Rand Carthon because he was chopped earlier this afternoon, the general manager

00:24of the Titans.

00:26But they're, once again, franchises that don't know how to run their, how to keep their house

00:30in order or run teams.

00:32We're going to keep the coach, who I get it, one year, but we're going to fire the GM and

00:39then hire a GM who's going to be forced to keep this guy who he probably doesn't want

00:43to keep.

00:44That's exactly what I was going to say.

00:45Why can't they figure it out?

00:46They can never figure it out.

00:49The Jets are doing the same thing.

00:50We're going to hire a coach before we hire a GM and we're going to, why can't they ever

00:54figure it out?

00:56I think one of the problems is, and I'm going to just say it, all right, I got to be careful

01:01when I say it.

01:02So I think what happens here is in football and in many sports, what they do is they hire

01:11from within.

01:12In other words, they hire football people that have played or been involved in the league

01:18and what they really should be doing.

01:21And I understand why they hire football people that they know is what they should really

01:25do is hire smart people that know how to run businesses and not hire football people

01:30that are stupid.

01:31Okay.

01:32So the guy that they just fired in Tennessee was clearly stupid.

01:37Now they're going to hire a new GM who's not going to like the coach like you said.

01:41And so that's the problem.

01:42They just keep hiring stupid people from within.

01:46Same example.

01:48You know, Art Smith sucks as a coach, yet you still hire him as your offensive coordinator.

01:55You know that Antonio Pierce is a thief, yet you still hire him as the head coach of your

01:59franchise.

02:00I think that stupid people, stupid is as stupid does.

02:05You just keep making stupid decisions because you hire stupid people in football instead

02:11of smart people that know what they're doing.

02:14In fact, I think one of the dumbest decisions I've seen lately is the fact that the Giants

02:18are keeping two stupid people in Shane and Dable.

02:22They both are awful, and yet they're keeping them because they believe they're smart enough

02:26that they're going to draft one player that's going to change the entire fortunes of the

02:30Giants.

02:31And what they're really going to find out about is an abortion, which is exactly what

02:34they are.

02:35A bloody abortion.
