00:16We try to protect all the traditional wheat varieties that are disappearing or are not found anywhere.

00:27And then by selecting from those varieties, by making new varieties and by continuously working on their quality,

00:35we continue to work to bring those varieties to the farmers.

00:39So in this field, we have made a lot of crops and planted all the varieties.

00:42We have planted about 36 varieties here.

00:45In which there is Sonamoti, Sugarfree, Pitambara, Kali Mooch, Khapli, Bansi, RK, there are many such varieties.

00:58All these varieties are somewhere on the basis of their qualities, their yield is also good,

01:05their qualities are also good and they have a lot of nutritional value somewhere.

01:10Like there are many varieties that do not have gluten.

01:13There are many varieties that are considered good for diabetes, but do not have sugar.

01:18Many varieties have the power to cure constipation.

01:22So in many varieties, different zinc is rich in someone, so someone has potassium phosphate,

01:27someone does not have gluten, so someone has iron, someone has magnesium.

01:32So there are some good qualities in all such varieties.

01:36Because of them, we plant them here and also make their seeds.

01:40So each variety gives its own performance.

01:43Some yield 10 to 12 quintals in 3 waters, some in 4 waters yield 12 to 15 quintals.

01:48Someone needs 5 waters, it yields 18 to 22 quintals.

01:52So in the case of such yield, we have about 25 quintals per acre of these varieties.

01:58And the quantity of each is different, some take 25 kg, some 30 kg, some 40 kg, some 50 kg, some 60 kg.

02:04And the productivity and market value of all these varieties is the highest.

02:10In productivity, these varieties come up to a maximum of 25 quintals per acre.

02:15And in the case of rate, the rate of sugar-free gold pearls is easily sold in the market for about 15,000 rupees per quintal.

02:23Then there are some varieties that sell for 8,000 to 10,000 rupees per quintal.

02:27And if we talk about normal varieties, apart from the common varieties, our traditional varieties,

02:33they also give a good rate of 4,000 to 5,000 rupees per quintal.

02:37And in 3 to 4 waters, they have a good yield.

02:41So a good farmer also benefits.

02:43And when the wheat of these varieties goes to society,

02:46then when people consume it, their constipation, migraine and all the diseases are controlled by them.
