02:20which is set to expire on February 23rd, the election is going to be proven to be
02:26a mandate of the people of India and the people that vote for New Delhi as the
02:32capital. I think the Election Commission signal to enforce a model code of
02:38conduct and which has been seen in the past as a pole bugle is something that
02:44we look forward to in this festival of democracy.
