00:00The Supreme Court overturned the government's control of Camp John Hay in Baguio City.

00:06The BCDA, or Basis Development Authority,

00:10gave the authority to the former military base from the CGH, or JH Development Corporation.

00:20According to the BCDA, this is beneficial for the Filipinos

00:25because it will open up more high-impact investments

00:29for more jobs and other benefits for the country.

00:33In the court's decision,

00:35all the property of Camp John Hay,

00:38including those who were under the improvement,

00:41should be returned to the control of the BCDA.
