00:33the riparian countries who are getting benefit from the rivers originating from Tibet.

00:39So now we hear that China is making the largest dam in the world,

00:46and Tibet is a seismic-prone area.

00:50So if such a dam gets destroyed by earthquake,

00:55what are the repercussions we are going to have?

00:58Not only that, we have been talking with the policy makers that

01:01now China has the hegemony of hydro.

01:04Whenever they feel like they can send flood to the riparian countries

01:10and spoil all the crops, and sometimes when the crops are really good,

01:17they can send drought and stop the water.

01:21So I think it's high time not only India but all the South Asian countries

01:27who are impacted by the building of this dam should stand up.

01:31Because Tibetan people, they don't have any say.

01:35They are being put into different kind of shifting when they have to make a dam

01:43without any compensation for their homes, for their land.

01:49But it is the free country who can raise the voice and do something.

01:53Some people say that China is making a water pump.

01:57They could be. They could be making.

02:00China, I mean, the cunningness of China cannot be fathomed by ethical communities.

02:10Their greed is so much.

02:12Their urgency to make the Middle Kingdom for China visualized is so much.
