00:00Good morning, Minister. So, you were referring to this group of former presidents who have

00:09pronounced to attend against the country's stability and peace. And also, there is a

00:16leader known as El Mundo González Urrutia, who has an arrest warrant for conspiracy,

00:24suppression of functions, disregard of national entities, crime association, among other crimes.

00:35However, he's been making a tour on Latin American nations, informing that he will come

00:45back to the country, asking for political support, and he's guaranteeing that he will

00:51take office on January 10th. So, what is the position of judicial systems of Venezuela?

01:00Because I want to ask you about the $100,000 of reward for information about the capture

01:14of Mr. González Urrutia. So, what are the, what elements can you give us from this important

01:23amount of reward? So, Mr. González Urrutia is very coward. Remember that the country,

01:40the country must recall that on July 28th, he went to the embassy of the Netherlands. No one

01:51was persecuting him, but he just getting to the embassy, and at that embassy, he was,

01:57till he left to the embassy of Spain, and then, and so, we were given the possibility to go to

02:10Spain, and his only concern in Venezuela were the plans he has in an apartment and a bed there. He

02:21has no concerns over Venezuela. His only concern is for his personal belongings, and so, what is

02:30he thinking? Well, pardon me, but that's, that's pure fuss. He needs courage to do that, and willing

02:43to do that, and he has no courage, no bravery or will to do that. He would have remained here

03:03be kept firm and steady. That's, those are lies. You have been deceived. That's the mechanism to

03:14obtain the resources, money. So, where did he go, that this gentleman, to Argentina? It is not

03:24surprised, because there is a fascist government there. Where is he going? Well, Panama, you know,

03:32Panama, what has become to, you know, he's going to go to the United States, you know, the opposition

03:40there against Venezuela. To Dominican Republic, he's going to go for Uruguay. So, what's the

03:48weight of that? But besides, you know, the government of Argentina, the outgoing government

04:04of Uruguay, and the outgoing government of the United States, because it seems like those of

04:15outgoing presence, and the one that is not going, they are not going, and anyway, we will receive

04:28them here in Venezuela. Mr. González Rutia would just land in Venezuela. He will be detained,

04:38and accused, and charged with all these crimes that you have pointed out. There is no way,

04:49because even they have been inviting the police and military corps, and they even invoke Commander

05:03Chavez. So, those opposition plans, it's very shameful for them. It's just insane. And so,

05:17former presidents, come. We are just waiting for you. Santos, Pastrana, come. Quiroga will be

05:29welcome. So, there's a space for everyone. Everyone has their room to receive them. So,

05:41they won't dare to. We will dare to defend our homeland at all costs, and we won't allow that

05:52foreign criminals come to Venezuela to try to invade our country. They tried on February 23rd,

05:59and from Colombia, they planned an invasion to our country, and these are not the same conditions,

06:07not even alike, not even similar. The conditions of 2019, and the conditions of this year 2025,

06:20we have been learning from all these lessons, and we know what we have to do. Yesterday,

06:29I said on social media, I saw some persons who were at the airport in Panama. Oh my God,

06:43I wish I could see that mister, if I get the, and then I get the $100,000. So, the Venezuelan

06:57people is expecting him, and they are just waiting him, not for the money, but because he's a

07:07criminal, and he's a mercenary, because he doesn't love Venezuela, and we always said it,

07:12because he was able to run the death group, the lethal groups against the social leaders in the

07:24Central American country years ago, and he doesn't mind Venezuela. That's why the issue of assaulting

07:33power, disregarding elections, and if we don't win the elections, we must withdraw, and so then,

07:46we lost one election, and we recovered, and we passed to the counter-attack. Well,
