01:53rental housing is not needed.

01:55It is needed in every area.

02:08even there, 50% of the people live in rental housing.

02:12So our suggestion was,

02:14that the benefits you have given to industrial workers in housing,

02:19you should give it to the entire area in rental housing.

02:26will be the creation of rental housing.

02:30how to bring change to slums and slums,
