00:00Now, when it comes to the Chargers and the Texans at 4.30 on Saturday to get the playoffs

00:06started, A, this is a classic spot for the Texans playing at 4.30 on a Saturday.

00:12This game was a 43.5 overrunner.

00:14It's the lowest of any game of the first weekend of the playoffs, 43.5.

00:18It's also a 2.5 point spread, which is tied for the closest spread along with that Monday

00:23night game, Vikings at the Rams.

00:27Now the Texans played their starters.

00:29We already have passing props out for these.

00:31We already have player props out for these.

00:33This is my first time seeing them.

00:34Wow.

00:35We have a ton for at least this Chargers-Texans game.

00:39Let's check some of these other games because, okay, so we at least have Chargers-Texans,

00:45which I'm immediately surprised about.

00:48So for the Chargers today, they actually had motivation to play and win.

00:51We know that.

00:52The Texans were locked into their fourth spot, but as I mentioned throughout the week, the

00:55Texans were going to have their starters out there for at least the beginning portion of

00:57the game because they needed to build some offensive consistency heading into the playoffs

01:01because they got shut out essentially last week or on Christmas when they only had the

01:05two points via the safety versus the Ravens.

01:09So the Texans needed to go out there today and at least look good on offense, and that's

01:15what they did.

01:16Nico Collins came away with the touchdown.

01:17So seeing these props for the first time, man, 231.5 for Stroud, 228.5 for Herbert.

01:26These are some pretty modest lines.

01:28Joe Mason's at 74.5.

01:29Dobbins is at 65.5.

01:32These are some pretty modest lines.

01:33So I think immediately looking to Ladin McConkie, over 70.5 receiving yards.

01:40I know Quinton Johnson had, what did he have, 189 yards to 187 yards.

01:45That's just not the role that Quinton Johnson plays.

01:47The fact that he caught as many balls as he did is just far, far more than he does on

01:53a weekly basis.

01:54So do I want to take the under on Quinton Johnson?

01:56No, but I think we should not be taking what he did this past, what he did literally earlier

02:01today against the Raiders as an indication that he's going to be flying over his 39.5

02:06prop.

02:07If we're going to look at any player going over his prop, it's going to be Ladin McConkie.

02:10So over 70.5 for Ladin McConkie is my first initial lean for this game.

02:16J.K. Dobbins, he got a little bit banged up with his knee today.

02:20We saw Hassan Haskins in at the end of the game for the Chargers.

02:24We'd love to get a note on that.

02:27But leaning on the under for Dobbins as well at 65.5.

02:30Now when it comes to the touchdown scores, it's certainly interesting because Joe Mixon's

02:34the only one at minus one, he's sitting at minus 130, everyone else is sitting at plus

02:3720.

02:38And Ladin McConkie at plus 120, that's kind of the limit of where I'd like to go.

02:43I generally don't like that low on TDs, but given the role that McConkie plays, and I'm

02:48not really overly worried about the Texans' defense at any point, I think Ladin McConkie

02:54at plus 120 and over on the yards are my initial leans on this game.
