01:41it will be going to be accepted, enacted as act also, so the people of both towns are

01:50very happy, why because, for Palwancha, for last 25 years, there have not been any election,

01:59so that is important and the sweetest news to the Palwancha citizens, why because there

02:10is no public amenities, lack of municipal elected bodies, so hereafter, in Kottayam

02:21it is municipality up to now, hereafter Kottayam as well as Palwancha both will together become

02:31corporation, that way having elections for corporation and it will have a mayor post,

02:39like that, the entire situation, entire topography, entire conditions will be, the revolution

02:50will be dramatically changed and police departments also will be known, commission of police,

02:59like that, national commission of police, so when we get corporation, we will have so

03:06many funds from central government and so many other benefits our people may get it,
