00:10The first tight security was implemented in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange or PITX after the holiday break.

00:22The number of passengers in PITX yesterday reached 168,827.

00:29This was followed by the return to work and schooling of some of our countrymen after the holiday break.

00:34This is higher than 170,000 passengers.

00:40On December 23, 2024, the food traffic reached 232,974, the highest number in the holiday season.

00:52Despite the large volume of passengers, PITX remains a normal operation.

00:57There is a sufficient number of provincial and city buses to meet the needs.

01:04From December 20, 2024 to January 1, 2025, more than 7,000 passengers were prohibited from using the PITX.

01:14This includes more than 200 lighters, more than 100 cutter blades, scissors, knives,

01:21I-TAC, utensils, LPG tanks, fire extinguishers, and weapons called five-fingers.

01:28Audrey, PITX continues to call on passengers not to bring prohibited items to avoid trouble on their trip and to maintain the terminal properly.

01:41With the approval of PITX, more than 23,000 passengers have already boarded.

01:46This is just the morning and it is expected that this number will increase in the next few hours.
