00:21City just before Christmas, before then defeating Manchester United 2-0 at Molineux,

00:26and then going to Spurs and earning themselves a 2-2 draw.

00:31Like Aston Villa, Birmingham City began the festive period strongly,

00:35winning away at Crawley and then at home against Burton Albion. Then, two successive draws against

00:40Blackpool and Stockport prevented them from going ahead of Wiccam Wanderers.

00:46Finally, West Brom had a mixed Christmas period. They won 2-0 at home to Bristol City before

00:51losing to Derby and then drawing with Sheffield United. Then, they returned to winning ways,

00:57at home to Preston.
