Other producers will fill the gap

In the short term, the loss of Russian gas will lead to higher prices in Europe but in the longer-term other producers around the world will fill the gap, expert in Russian energy and gas policy Professor Arild Moe says.  #Russia #Ukraine

00:26Ukraine will mean higher prices in Europe generally, because the gas market is quite

00:34well integrated. How much? It's very difficult to say. But over a somewhat longer term, there

00:41are other suppliers who are filling the gap, and especially LNG producers around the world.

00:49So how this will look in a couple of years is a different issue.
