01:04to avail your rights that are included in universal health care,

01:08they don't have facilities.

01:11They don't have equipment.

01:13Even beds in hospitals.

01:18There are no more facilities.

01:22Even if you have the right to a free medical aid,

01:26when you go there, there are no facilities.

01:29How are you going to avail that?

01:31And if you get a private room, you can't avail it.

01:35Because what they're saying is that you need to go to the ward.

01:38That's our right, right?

01:40And that's a public hospital, right?

01:43A private hospital is not.

01:45So like her, they'll go to a private hospital
