00:00The first red carpet of the new year is coming sooner as the 82nd Golden Globe Awards will air

00:05on January 5, 2025, marking the start of the awards season. Dubbed as Hollywood's Party of

00:12the Year, the globally acclaimed awards ceremony will honor outstanding achievements in both film

00:18and television. This will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles at 8 o'clock

00:23in the evening Eastern Time and will air on television and will have an online streaming.

00:28Golden Globes will be hosted by Nikki Glaser, a comedian, and the first woman to host solo.

00:34Nominees involve some big names as well as some potentially historic moments. Among the films,

00:39Anoya Perez leads with 10 nominations, followed by The Brutalist and Conplay. The Bear has five

00:45TV nominations. Ariana Grande also nominated for a supporting role competing with Felicity Jones

00:51and Margaret Qualley. Meanwhile, Selena Gomez, Sebastian Stan, and Kate Winslet receive

00:57nominations for multiple projects.
