00:00It was a spectacle worth waiting for in Paris as the Arc de Triomphe lit up for 2025

00:05in front of huge crowds, all eager to experience a unique moment.

00:12For this year, I wish you all a lot of happiness, healthy family, happy 2025.

00:20This year has been sometimes hard, sometimes very happy.

01:09My wishes for this new year are peace.

01:13And then maybe a new beginning for Germany.

01:16It would be good to have a better year than last year.
