00:00When your heart is not in your work, then your mind wanders in the world.

00:05Love your work, and then you'll forget the world.

00:08The problem is not that you are too concerned with people's opinions.

00:11The problem is that you have made or created a presentation just for the sake of some marks or degree or

00:20completing a formality, ticking a box, something. If I love what I am doing,

00:24how will I have the space to worry or wonder too much about

00:30what the others are thinking? So go deep into whatever you are doing.

00:34And if something does not deserve the depth of your attention,

00:39avoid it. You cannot give your best to everything. If there is no love,

00:43the internal stuff, all the conditioning and nonsense and trash we have been carrying since

00:48centuries, all that will continue to remain intact within. If you want your insides to

00:55be cleaned up, you need the heat of love, the cleansing power of love.
