00:00The final quarter plus overtime of cincinnati and denver was one of the better moments of the nfl season

00:06And it kept the bangles hopes alive along with miami and indianapolis

00:10It means now that the denver broncos are going to have to win their football game

00:14Almost assuredly in week 18 against the kansas city chiefs because they would then need

00:20Miami and indianapolis to lose one of the next two and cincinnati. It's just they need to win that football game

00:34Give it just what was your biggest takeaway donnie from cincinnati denver

00:39That the bangles are a scary team if they get into the playoffs because that offense can play with anybody

00:44But at the same time you see the deficiencies in that defense including late on a fourth and one you throw it up in the air

00:49One guy's going to make a play between two defenders and they wind up in extras

00:53And also you take a look at the field goal kicker, which you're not supposed to worry about but late in the season

00:58Missing clutch kicks from like 30 yards off the upright that can't happen

01:02But for my money the broncos probably played it the way I didn't think the broncos would win this football game and they didn't

01:07But as we talked about earlier kansas city on deck week 18 at home

01:10You should be able to handle your business

01:12But for me, I don't think the bangles are getting there. But also kevin from a side point larger

02:08They could go toe-to-toe with any defense in terms of the afc, yeah burrow is having a

02:16Undeniably, I think there is an argument that he deserves league mvp

02:21He very well could finish his season with

02:255 000 passing yards and 45 plus touchdowns

02:29I mean that's mvp level like without a question. How many rushing touchdowns does he have? Does he have a chance for 50 total?

02:36He'd need six total touch. I don't know. He'd probably get it right. What do they have week is it pittsburgh?

02:41Which I mean listen if he finishes with 5 000 yards and 50 total touchdowns

02:48But you can you look at the team though like joe burrow is the best player in football probably like if you said right now

03:44Joe burrow needs the best receiver in football or second best and another guy who's like top 12. There's no way

04:05You're like why are things so bad because people want every single penny of this football team paid to burrow chase and higgins

04:11Yeah, you can't build a team that way. No, you have to do through scouting in college, right?

04:16So look at brian thomas or look at malik neighbors, right?

04:19Look at the seasons that they're performing you could allow stop looking at receivers

04:23They need to start looking at guys that play on defense

04:26Yes, but my point is to to make up for the productive

04:29Productivity if t higgins is going to walk out that door

04:32You have to draft accordingly and draft right to make sure that those players hit the ground now

04:37They did that they did that with jamar chase and t higgins

04:40So to your point if they're going to allow him to walk out the door and you believe that joe burrow and I do as well

04:45Can make everybody around him better because he's an elite mvp caliber type of quarterback

04:51Then you let him go you draft accordingly and find a second or a third rounder or potentially wherever you get your pick

04:59Of an elite wide receiver coming out of college and you develop them and at the end of the day

05:04You also have yoshi vas there that has stepped up for the most part in terms of that offense

05:09You have gesicki you could get somebody through free agency potentially

05:13But at the end of the day the defense has really let this team down

05:16And it started week one when you lose to the new england patriots and that type of offense

05:22It that really catapulted the whole season. It started on the wrong foot. They were never recovered since that point

05:28It is like as I say, okay, let's keep t higgins. You know what that means for cincinnati fans

05:31That means mike brown goes well

05:32I'm, just not going to pay jamar chase this year

05:34Let's see how he treats that going into the next year and also from a defensive standpoint

05:38They have one of the best edge pass rushers in football as a sack artist and they can't get stops
