00:00All right, the Patriots gave their fans something to cheer about last week in a close game against

00:04the Buffalo Bills.

00:06Let's just call it what it is, Chargers have not looked like the same team in the second

00:09half that they were in the first half, but those wins, you bank them, Brad, and now they

00:13have all those wins, so they're going to probably get in the playoffs because of it.

00:17Their four and a half point favorites on the road at New England, total 43 and a half.

00:20I guess my concern taking New England here, not that I love either side, would be, did

00:25New England empty the tank last week against Buffalo to keep that game close?

00:30Chargers generally have played really good defense against bad offenses, do you have

00:34a lean on this side either way?

00:37You know, anytime you have a tough divisional match, especially when the underdog covers,

00:41I always want to go and fade them, right?

00:43Like, I want to fade them so bad, like you said, emptying the tank.

00:47These divisional matchups, especially for the underdog team, really, really take a lot

00:52out of you, but I've actually been impressed with Drake May, even though he threw a couple

00:57picks, Drake May has shown poise, he's known when to get out of the pocket when the pocket

01:01breaks down, which means he's extending plays with his legs, whether that's, you know, going

01:06across the line of scrimmage and moving the ball, or throwing the ball to wide open receivers.

01:10I lean, man, this is going to sound so gross, but I lean the New England Patriots here plus

01:15the four and a half.

01:16I just think this team is a lot better than people are kind of giving them credit for,

01:20and that game against Buffalo in the cold, it made a ton of sense.

01:23We also have to remember the Chargers coming across two time zones over to play New England,

01:29so that travel spot could be nice for anybody who's trying to bet on the Patriots.
