00:00They said that the Christmas of some of our countrymen in Southern Luzon and Bicol Region was delayed due to the lack of brotherhood.

00:10Patrick Desu was at the center of the news.

00:18It rained in a large part of the country from Vizperas until this Christmas Day.

00:24In Sampaloc 2, Saraya, Quezon, several roads were flooded due to the heavy rain.

00:32It also rained in Bicol Region where there was flooding in Sitio Ologan, Barangay San Isidro in Libon, Albay.

00:41That's why motorcycles and other small vehicles could not pass.

00:47There was also flooding during the Christmas of other provinces in Albay where their residents could not stay overnight

00:56while some barangays in Legazpi City carried out a pre-emptive evacuation.

01:01In EMS Barrio, in the same place, several houses were flooded due to the rain.

01:08In Barangay Laganac, in the town of Balatan, Camarines Sur, a part of the road could not be passed by any type of vehicle.

01:19Motorists were also warned because roads were flooded in Andaya Highway in Lupi, Camarines Sur due to the heavy rain.

01:29It also rained in Oriental Mindoro where there was flooding until this morning in Alag Santa Rosa Road in Baco Town.

01:38According to Pagasa, the rain was caused by the shear line or the presence of wind and easterly winds.

01:45It also continued to rain due to the shear line that affected a large part of Southern Luzon.

01:52The Office of Civil Defense warned the residents, especially those near Vulcan Mayon.

01:58It also issued a warning advisory to PIVOX while the communities and LGUs were also warned

02:04in the affected areas to carry out a pre-emptive response.

02:08The OCD was the first to assist as part of the preparation and continuous monitoring as a target against the shear line,
