00:00So, from all of us to all of you, Merry Christmas!

00:19Welcome to the International Space Station as we get ready for the Christmas holidays.

00:24It's a great time of year up here.

00:26We get to spend it with all of our family up on the International Space Station.

00:31There's seven of us up here and so we're going to get to enjoy company together.

00:35And one of the best things that I like about Christmas is the preparation and just getting

00:39ready and the anticipation, everybody getting together and preparing stuff and just getting

00:45ready for the holiday.

00:46A couple of little things we have here with us to just prepare, which will be sort of

00:52fun in a couple of days.

00:55Around Christmas time, the holiday season, it's about spending time with friends and

00:58family and loved ones.

01:01You know, this year we're going to be in orbit away from them.

01:05So we want to send our heartfelt Merry Christmas and we hope you have a wonderful holiday.

01:14Want to also mention that we're not the only ones that are going to spend time away from

01:18our families over the holidays.

01:21There's a huge team on the ground that's going to support us in mission controls around

01:26the globe over the holidays and I want to thank them for the sacrifices that they're

01:31making.

01:32Together, we work hand in hand with the ground every day and over the holidays we keep this

01:39mission going.

01:40Merry Christmas.

01:42And Christmas is synonymous with food and feasting and boy do we have a feast packaged

01:50up here.

01:52And of course, Christmas is Christ.

01:55Hallelujah.

01:56A Savior is born.
