00:00After being stranded for a day, passengers were able to travel from Batangas Port back to the provinces.

00:0710,000 passengers were able to cross from the port earlier this afternoon.

00:12They were also not able to board the same terminal.

00:15But a few vehicles were still waiting for the cargo to be loaded.

00:19According to the Batangas Port, the ship was not enough due to the unexpected number of vehicles.

00:27Along with the heavy rain, the trip to Eslex was easy.

00:31There were some goats that entered the expressway but were immediately let out.

00:37Towing and emergency units and HPG were on standby to assist the motorists.

00:43The tolls for the Skyway system were free for IA-X, Eslex, Star Tollway, and T-Plex.

00:49Also for Enlex, Enlex Connector, Esitex, Calax, and Cavitex, until 6 a.m. tomorrow.
