00:04If you are not lonely, then the alternative is to be with something terrible.

00:13Let's say you are travelling by bus or you are in a flight.

00:16The seat next to you is occupied by a hideous person.

00:19Is that better or is it better to have a vacant seat?

00:22Is it better to have a vacant seat? Please.

00:25I am not saying that the seat remains vacant for the entire journey.

00:31But must you be in a hurry to very quickly fill that up?

00:36Must you be in a terrible rush?

00:38Most of us have such low tolerance for loneliness that we fill it up with crap.

00:44Either the wrong kind of job or beliefs or person or location or something.

00:50Loneliness, I said, is a gift because it gives you the opportunity and the freedom to go for the best.
