00:00When you're talking about betting NHL futures, betting Stanley Cup champions this far out,

00:09there's still a long way to go before somebody actually lifts that thing in June.

00:15This sport, Dave, is different than others.

00:18Midway through seasons in the NFL, the NBA, even preseason, you can kind of identify the

00:25small block of teams, 5-7 teams, that maybe you think are going to win the championship

00:30that year.

00:31NHL is the type of league that anybody who gets in that mix or gets in that dance, come

00:37playoff time, we've seen lots of eight seeds, lots of last seeds, make it to the finals.

00:43That's why I think, Dave, it's the hardest sport to try to get some nice tickets for

00:49futures early in the season.

00:53Without a doubt, it's one of the most fun things that I ever did in a risk room for

01:08The ups and downs of teams, the ebbs and flows throughout the season, it's unbelievable.

03:53baseball one or two years ago when the Texas Rangers played the Arizona Diamondbacks. And

03:58I think it's 375 to 1 on one side and 400 to 1 on the other. I mean, we're still living off of that
