00:00Okay, Matt, so you're the owner of the Red Lion here in Warsaw.

00:04It's a bit Christmassy in here.

00:06It's very Christmassy in here, yeah.

00:07Can you just explain what's going on and what you've been doing?

00:09So, we like Christmas quite a lot here.

00:11We spend a lot of time on our decorations,

00:13and this year we're doing some charity work with the Blessed to Bless charity.

00:17Yeah.

00:18So we're raising money for the food bank in Warsaw.

00:21Right.

00:22It looks fantastic, I've got to say.

00:25So how long did it take you to put all this up?

00:27So it's a whole day.

00:28All the staff come in.

00:29It's a family event that we separate,

00:31and we do all the decorations on a Sunday.

00:33Yeah.

00:34Brilliant.

00:35And what kind of comments have you had from them?

00:37We've had really good comments.

00:38Everybody's really pleased.

00:39We get a lot of people come in just to have a look around, have a drink.

00:41It's got to be the most Christmassy place in Warsaw.

00:44It is, yeah.

00:45Puts the town to shame with that.

00:47It does, it does.

00:48And you're going to be doing this every year?

00:50Yeah, we do this every year.

00:51Goodness, mate.

00:52And what do you do?

00:53Try and better it each year?

00:54We always add something of difference.

00:56Yeah.

00:57What's different this year?

00:58So this year we're doing Santa's grotto,

00:59so we've got breakfast with Santa on Sunday this year.

01:01Yeah.

01:02So we've got a grotto upstairs,

01:03and we're going to be meeting Santa on Sunday.

01:05Fantastic, mate.

01:06And how long's it going to take to take it all down?

01:08Oh, that's after Christmas.

01:09Let's not think about that.
