00:34So set targets that are achievable.

00:37And then ensure that you don't miss them.

00:39Otherwise, missing becomes a habit.

00:42Win small, but win daily.

00:45And you are not responsible for the ultimate victory.

00:48So unburden yourself of that final task.

00:52That will happen on its own.
