We ask Londoners what they do for Boxing Day Lunch and Christmas leftovers.

00:00Uh, well we actually, this is odd because we have quite, usually we have a really big

00:06family do, we have lots of leftovers, but this year we have a smaller family do because

00:09various people are away, so I'm trying to not have too many leftovers, that's the trick.

00:15But then if I did, I'd probably do bubble and squeak and cold meat, but beyond that

00:21then I might make soup, curry.

00:24Either sandwiches or bubble and squeak would be the kind of thing to go to for Boxing Day

00:28mainly.

00:30As is the trend these days, we've got a few vegetarians and vegans, so that's always a

00:36bit of a challenge, because it's quite tricky to balance everybody's needs, but yeah, so

00:43fairly straightforward.

00:44I do a lot of cooking, so it's quite good, it's good to be creative.

00:47My partner's vegetarian, so often we'll get a nut roast and maybe there'll be a meat bit

00:52for me on the side sometimes, sometimes not.

00:54My only non-negotiable, pigs in blankets, I'll always have that.
