00:00The Department of Justice is eyeing to issue subpoenas to all those who spoke during the

00:07Quad Committee hearing on the war on drugs, including former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:12The DOJ explained being a former chief executive does not make Duterte immune from suit because

00:19it is only the sitting president that has such privilege under the law.

00:24However, even though it is possible to charge the former president, they will not just be

00:30filing a harassment case and will make sure they have enough evidence collated, possibly

00:36from Quadcom itself and from Task Force on Extrajudicial Killings as well.

00:54on their own and in a public proceeding.
