01:09Brother, Indian is my favourite cuisine, number one.

01:14And there are 10,000 cuisines in India.

01:18So if you ask me, out of all the cuisines in the world,

01:25which cuisine do you like?

01:26First I like North Indian, then I like South Indian,

01:29then I like East Indian, then I like West Indian.

01:32After that maybe Italian, maybe Chinese, maybe whatever.

01:36But you know, if we don't get our food, we don't have good brains.

01:43My father always told me something.

01:46He said, whenever you eat food, get up from the table feeling a little hungry.

01:51I think it's an absolutely great initiative.

01:54And I really appreciate my friend Jimmy Mistry and people involved with this event.

02:01And I think anything which is appreciated, I'm a foodie person,

02:05I think anything with food is very good.

02:08And I think the best restaurant, best hotel gets the award.

02:11I'm sure there's a jury which sees all these things.

02:15And I always feel that any kind of award is very good.

02:20It encourages you, it gives you a lot of zeal to the entire team,

02:24entire people who are involved with such awards.

02:27And the kind of work you do.

02:37I think our food, our entrepreneur industry, Jimmy Mistry always tries to do something different.

02:45And with this guide, I think a lot of avenues will open up because of this.

02:53I think we're going to have a great hospitality field which is exploding in our country.

03:01Hotels and restaurants.

03:03Tourism is also exploding in our industry and in our country.

03:08I think I'm very excited and I think Jimmy Mistry is doing an outstanding job of putting this together

03:14because DLC is always about being one cut above the rest.

03:18And I think that's what DLC Guide is going to prove today.
