00:17and the manager being sacked, I feel really, really sorry for Gary O'Neill.

00:21He's done so well, in my opinion, if you look at how his team is playing,

00:25and he was so, so, so unlucky on multiple occasions,

00:29especially against West Ham, in my opinion.

00:32So these things happen, and Russell Martin has done so well last season at Southampton,

00:38plays this season again, a good football.

00:41We've experienced this when we had such a tough day over there.

00:46We only beat them 3-2.

00:49So you always feel sorry if managers don't get the chance to continue,

00:55and especially in these two situations, because for me,

00:57they are managers that had a good idea of how they wanted to play with the team,

01:03and unfortunately, they weren't able to get enough points,

01:09and then managers get sacked.
