00:00Addictions exist to fill a deep inner void, you have a need to be addicted and that's

00:06why those things exist, be it, you know, whatever, TV shows or videos or many, many other things

00:12one can be addicted to.

00:14So they didn't plead to you to let them into your life, you went to those things.

00:20The videos don't just suddenly bounce at you from your mobile screen after midnight.

00:26You must be clicking at the application and scrolling through the list of videos and then

00:31choosing one particular video and then choosing another and binge watching.

00:37So you are the one who is going to those things.

00:39Why are you going to those things?

00:40That's what spirituality is about.

00:42Look into yourself.

00:43Why do you need to go to those things?

00:44You need to go to those things because there is a crying hollow.

00:48Unless you bring something higher into your life to fill that hollow, those videos and

00:54other things will continue to exist irrespective of how much we beat our chest over them.
