00:00The voyage to the sea was a very dangerous one.

00:03Because the Indian army would attack the ships.

00:08So they had a plan to connect the railways to Burma and then to India.

00:16But the Siam Railway and the Burma Railway were not connected.

00:20There was a 415 km interval between them.

00:24So they built a railway to complete that interval.

00:28The name of the railway was Siam-Burma Railway.

00:31But due to a lot of damage in the construction of the railway,

00:38a new name was given to it.

00:40It was called the Marana Railway.

00:42Today, everyone knows the Marana Railway.

00:44It is the Siam-Burma Railway.

00:47So this is the Marana Railway.

00:49Many people don't even know that such a thing happened.
