उच्च न्यायालय में अल्लू अर्जुन के वकील ने उनकी जमानत के लिए कई सारे तर्क दिए. जिनमें से एक तर्क अभिनेता शाहरुख खान से जुड़े एक केस का था. दरअसल बॉलीवुड स्टार शाहरुख खान पर साल 2017 में उनकी फिल्म 'रईस' के प्रचार कार्यक्रम के दौरान भगदड़ में एक व्यक्ति की मौत का आरोप लगाया गया था. शाहरुख खान जब अपनी फिल्म 'रईस' का प्रमोशन करने गुजरात पहुंचे थे, तो भगदड़ मच गई थी. इस हादसे में एक व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई थी. अल्लू अर्जुन के वकील ने इसी केस का जिक्र करते हुए कोर्ट से कहा कि गुजरात हाई कोर्ट और फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शाहरुख खान को बरी कर दिया था. शाहरुख खान को उस घटना का जिम्मेदार नहीं माना गया था.

When Shah Rukh Khan reached Gujarat to promote his film 'Raees', a stampede broke out. One person died in this accident. Referring to this case, Allu Arjun's lawyer told the court that the Gujarat High Court and then the Supreme Court had acquitted Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh Khan was not held responsible for that incident.
