00:00A fire broke out in a high-rise residential building in Shenzhen, China,

00:09followed by the explosion of gas on the 28th floor,

00:12which also made the neighbors hear it.

00:15According to local media, one person was killed.

00:17The incident is still being investigated.

00:22It was not Santa Claus,

00:23but a man pointing a gun at a chimney in Massachusetts, America.

00:29The man ran away when he was served with a search warrant.

00:32The police also helped him escape the arrest.

00:36He was taken to the hospital and was later arrested

00:39for drug possession and other outstanding warrants.

00:48A minor was hit by a barangay officer in Tondo, Manila.

00:51The family of the minor took the barangay's CCTV video.

00:55The victim was driving a tricycle,

00:57which belonged to her uncle.

00:59When they met,

01:00the tricycle did not let the barangay officer pass.

01:04The minor was chased,

01:05even though he turned around to escape.

01:07In another CCTV video,

01:09the uncle was stopped,

01:10so they got out.

01:11Then the minor was punched by the officer.

01:14The officer was arrested,

01:15and a barangay executive filed a complaint.

01:18They refused to give a statement.

01:21A Taiwanese supplier of firearms in a country

01:25was hit in Makati City.

01:27The suspect, Zhang Zhang Xia Dong,

01:30was wanted in Taiwan

01:31for illegal drugs and other organized crime.

01:34He was hiding here

01:35and established a syndicate for scamming and gun running.

01:38He was not caught in the raid

01:40last year in his condo in Makati City,

01:42where more than 80 bullets were fired.
