South China Sea arbitration will not work in solving disputes
The so-called South China Sea arbitration will not work in solving the disputes in the region, said Mark Hoskin, a lecturer in international maritime law at China Foreign Affairs University, emphasizing that China's sovereignty and rights were backed by an absolute legal basis.
