South Korea's former defense minister Kim Yong-hyun is stable after an apparent suicide attempt while in custody. Meanwhile, the office of President Yoon Suk Yeol was raided by investigators over his martial law declaration.

00:24was also arrested today, and the presidential office was raided as investigations into the

00:29martial law declaration expand. President Yoon Suk-kyo surprised many by declaring

00:34martial law on December 3rd, only to rescind it six hours later.

00:39Yoon has not been seen in public since Saturday, when he apologized for the declaration. An

00:45attempt to impeach him failed to reach the required two-thirds majority in the country's

00:50parliament.
