00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has approved the newest establishment

00:05that will serve as a one-stop system to ensure the protection of the youth.

00:13The Executive Order 79 of President Kamakailan is based on the VISA

00:20of the Children and Adolescents Program.

00:25At the same time, the newest Makabata Hotline 1383 has also been institutionalized.

00:32According to the Executive Order, the program will serve as a one-stop system

00:38to face and monitor all issues and concerns related to the youth,

00:45especially the Children in Need of Special Protection or CNSP.

00:51The program also aims to rescue and relieve operations,

00:56as well as rehabilitation and reintegration for the victims.

01:01In the clown-like program, all children under the age of 18,

01:06as well as those above the age of 18,

01:10will not be able to protect themselves.

01:14Meanwhile, the Council for the Welfare of Children
