Two much loved Seaham dinner supervisors retire after over half-a-century of service

Ribbon Academy children react to news two of their lunchtime supervisors, Angela Miller and Christine Davies, are retiring.

00:16She was just like a really kind lady.

00:22And what about yourself Freya, what are you going to miss most about Miss when she gets retirement?

00:26I'm going to miss when I have the squirt and yoghurts and then I try and open them

00:30and then you open them but then they won't open so then you have to go to her to get them to open them again.

00:36And what's it been like having your grandma here at the school working as a dinner supervisor?

00:40Not much.

00:42And Willow in retirement, yeah, what's your message for her in retirement?

00:47Probably the best thing.

00:49Yeah, because she's been pooly hasn't she?
