00:00I am thankful, not just during Christmas, but every day because I am a survivor, several times over.

00:13Maybe the worst thing that happened to me was that I was one of the first COVID patients in the Philippines.

00:21At that time, there was no clear treatment for people like me, but I survived.

00:29And every day, I am proud of myself and I am thankful that I am alive.

00:35And not only that, I am back to my former physical fitness.

00:41Aside from that, I am also thankful because my family is safe.

00:46Because our house in Batangas is in a dump, but my family, neighbors, and friends are safe there.

00:55But despite that, there are also many who did not survive in Batangas and many lost their homes.

01:02So my family and I, we went to an evacuation center to conduct heart therapy for the people there,

01:13those who are in the dumps, those who lost their homes.

01:15We will deliver relief and my wife also raised donations.

01:21Service to others is a type of gratitude.

01:26It's easy to say thank you, right? It's easy to say.

01:30But the blessings that you receive through service, through help,

01:40to me, that is the real gratitude.

01:44What do you want to say to your late parents?

01:48Oh my, there are so many.

01:50What I want to say is thank you.

01:52Of course, to my late parents, every day I think of them and I am thankful because my life became peaceful.

02:01I became a healthy person because of the care of my parents.

02:06I am thankful to my colleagues because they are my friends.
