01:45He claims that the fossil fuel industry was not to blame for rising temperatures,

01:50then he claims he lobbied for climate action,

01:53listened to scientists,

01:56opposed the violation of human rights,

01:59and most importantly,

02:01did not have a choice.

02:04This is brilliant writing, but none of it is true.

02:10We are done with big oil's climate lies,

02:14and the citizens of this planet should not

02:17have to pay for your crimes.

02:21Dozens of communities across the United States,

02:33have filed lawsuits against big oil companies

02:37to hold them accountable for their deception

02:40and make them pay for the enormous harm they have caused.
