Venezuelan vice president Delcy Rodríguez met in Beijing with the president of the china national petroleum corporation during the  second day of her official visit to the Asian nation.

00:09During the meeting, both parties followed up on the joint energy cooperation, as well

00:14as the strengthening of strategic alliances between Caracas and Beijing.

00:18They also highlighted bilateral exchange, which has increased by 55 percent in the past

00:2210 months, exceeding last year's figure.

00:25Rodríguez and the Chinese entrepreneur also reviewed a long-standing comprehensive change

00:30of cooperation in the energy industry, which encompassed production investments such as

00:36technology and engineering.

00:43Previously the high Venezuelan official visited the Beijing Communist Party Museum, where

00:48she had the possibility to appreciate the history and struggle of the Chinese people

00:52along the 20th century through a state-of-the-art technology exhibition.

00:57The museum includes more than 2,000 images and around 4,000 relics that show the transformation

01:03of China in the last 100 years.

01:06On behalf of the Venezuelan people and its President, Rodríguez prides the role of the

01:11Chinese Communist Party in the benchmarks of socialism and in the defense of the freedom

01:17and sovereignty of the people of the world.
