00:04How would you describe your relationship with Gaston?

00:06And were you ever hesitant about bringing him?

00:09I know he's been like, he's friends with a lot of the people, but were you ever

00:12hesitant about bringing this relationship on camera,

00:14considering what happened in your previous relationship?

00:18Yeah, so things are going really well.

00:20We just celebrated our one year back in September.

00:24So it's been a year and some change.

00:26And he actually lives about five minutes down the road from me now.

00:30But he's looking to buy a house and I'm renovating my place.

00:35So I'll be hopefully renting it out in the near future.

00:39Okay, so moving in together?

00:41Potentially.

00:42I said I've got to have a ring on my finger before that happens.

00:47Yeah, so we're definitely taking the next step forward.

00:50And we've been talking about that extensively.

00:54So things are really great.

00:56And yeah, so bringing it onto camera,

01:00going from a relationship that was solely on camera to having one that's not.

01:05I do want to protect this relationship because he is very special to me.

01:10And so that is a safe space for me.

01:13And filming can be kind of trial and error.

01:18So knowing what I know about filming a relationship,

01:23I probably would just try my best to shy away from it.

01:26Because it's you have a thousand people weighing in

01:29on your one little hiccup or your one fight.

01:32And it's tough because then you start,

01:34instead of just like dealing with it with yourselves,

01:37you're now dealing with it with an audience of thousands of people.

01:41And your ex-boyfriend.

01:43Exactly.

01:45Did you set boundaries for yourselves and your relationship before going into this?

01:50Were there certain things like, did you not want Gaston to film with Chep?

01:54Did you want them to have those interactions?

01:56What were kind of your boundaries?

01:59So my boundaries definitely have changed since last season.

02:02I was kind of all over the place just with my emotions

02:06and thinking that Chep and I were going to get back together, which is bizarre.

02:11But being in a whole different mindset and being in therapy

02:18and just feeling a little bit more balanced and grounded,

02:22which is something that I always said that I wanted to do and get to,

02:25but I just never did.

02:26So coming in, setting those boundaries for myself,

02:30first and foremost, of just saying like,

02:32there's no need to have a relationship with my ex-boyfriend.

02:35It's, yeah, I find it kind of, it's just disrespectful to myself.

02:40And it's also disrespectful to my current relationship.

02:44There's really no reason for Chep and Gaston

02:48to have any kind of interactions or relationship.

02:52I don't really find it to be anything beneficial.

02:56If I see him out, if I see Chep out, it's a hug and how are you doing?

03:00But there's no reason for us to have any kind of relationship outside of that.

03:05Did they have any interactions this season that we'll see?

03:08No, no interactions this season.

03:12The only interaction they've ever had was at BravoCon,

03:14and that's what we talked about at reunion last year.

03:17Right, no, definitely.

03:19Is Chep still blocked?

03:21He's not blocked, but I don't have his number.

03:23You don't have his number?

03:24Yeah, I just, I unblocked him.

03:26I said, I don't, there's no reason for me to have your number.

03:28So I'll unblock you, but please don't contact me.

03:32If you contact me, continue to contact me, I will block you again.

03:36In the trailer, we do see Chep maybe being with somebody,

03:40maybe, you know, getting into a, not relationship, who knows,

03:45with somebody that may be a fan of Southern Charm.

03:48Does it bother you at all anymore to see that,

03:51or is that so far, you feel so far removed from that at this point?

03:55Oh, I feel very far removed from that.

03:59Yeah, it's something that I just kind of look at and go, I'm glad that's not me.

04:06And I mean that respectfully, but I'm just,

04:08I'm in a such a happy place where I go, everything does happen for a reason.

04:12And I'm very happy with the person that I'm with.

04:15And so seeing that, I'm just going, I'm just glad it's not me.

04:20Yeah. Does Ghassan feel like he's the one?

04:24I know that I feel like he's the one.

04:28No, he actually talks about it a lot. He knows more about rings than I do.

04:32And he loves children, which is something that I'm kind of,

04:37I'm still trying to figure out if I want to have kids or not.

04:40And that's just a me thing.

04:43But he's so ready to have a family and just have his person and do life with his person.

04:48And I'm also ready to do that. So we've definitely talked about it, but yeah.
