00:23She is one of the first to buy from the President's kiosk in Kamuning Public Market.

00:29Because of the low price, she bought 20 kilos of rice.

00:40Today, the President's kiosk opened the deal

00:43to sell 40 pesos per kilo of well-milled rice to some families in Metro Manila.

00:49It's 8 o'clock in the morning, the time when this new government program will open.

00:55It was opened to 5 families in Metro Manila.

00:58This is the Guadalupe Public Market, Kamuning Market, Malabon Central Market,

01:03New Las Piñas City Public Market, and Pasay City Public Market.

01:08In Kamuning Market, Father Javier was chosen as the D.I. of the retailer of cheap rice.

01:13The suppliers are very good. We will continue this.

01:17He admitted that his income here is low,

01:21but what's important to him is that he can help those who choose.

01:25You can still look at the kilos of rice you buy,

01:28and there's no limit to how much you can buy.
