00:00If your teenage self could see you now, what's one good thing that they would be most surprised by?

00:04I think my teenage self would be really proud of who I am and how far I've come,

00:08just in my self-belief and in my confidence and just who I am really.

00:13My attitude towards life, just being happy constantly and not worrying,

00:18not being sad all the time, just being happy within myself, within everything I do.

00:25Being vulnerable to strangers and being very open about things I struggle with.

00:31I'm a very open person with friends and now with family as well.

00:35I think how independent I am now. I used to be quite, you know,

00:38someone who always needed a helping hand and stuff like that,

00:41but now I'm sort of living up here on my own and, you know, cracking on with life. Love it.
