00:00The administration of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. is working hard to fight corruption in the country.

00:07At the 5th State Conference of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, or UNCAC, Implementation and Review,

00:14the Chief Executive called for the service of loyalty, compassion, and integrity that the new Philippines is supporting.

00:23The President also encouraged the government's actions to stop corruption and establish an integrity and accountability government.

00:33This includes the enactment of the New Government Procurement Act,

00:37where the government's bidding or way of purchasing products and services is already electronic.

00:43This will not only speed up the process, but also allow for detailed audits,

00:49stop corruption, and reduce the use of paper.
