A PAIR of identical twins are causing a social media stir thanks to their uncanny resemblance to Ariana Grande. Closer than close, Taylor and Mackenna, 20, spend virtually every waking moment together and dress the same. They look so alike that even their friends and family sometimes struggle to tell them apart. And they also look strikingly similar to Ariana Grande. The siblings, from Canada, have set up a special social media account, called Pink Sweetener, dedicated to recreating the singer's most iconic looks. They record around 25 TikToks a week and take up to two hours to transform themselves into the pop princess. Sadly, they've found themselves the target of online hate - but they have refused to let that stop them from doing what they love.

00:58Over here in our little side cart to keep it all organized, the Ariana ponytail, I think
01:05it's about 30 inches long and it's more so what she wears on stage.
01:09I would say our bond as twins is really, really strong.

01:16Our marriages will be at the same time, so then we can, then everything will just be

01:23We have our Ariana perfume collection.
01:26We actually have every single perfume she's released except for the Moonlight perfume
01:30because we can't find it anywhere.
01:32We actually always wear the same perfume.

01:43We actually dress the same every single day.
01:46I feel like it gives us confidence, I guess.
01:48Usually, in public, a lot of people stare, their heads kind of turn on a full swivel

01:56Just recently, we started, I guess, dressing like her and taking inspiration from it.

02:08We have over 75 inspired outfits by Ariana Grande in our closet and we have roughly half
02:14a dozen exact replications of things she's worn.

02:27Today we are getting ready to recreate one of Ariana Grande's iconic street looks that

02:35It takes us roughly about three hours to do the full transformation.
02:40The long high ponytail with the cat-winged eyeliner with a bit of like a bronzed eye
02:47makeup.
02:48You're going to put a little elastic in it just to keep it separate from the rest of
02:52your hair.
02:54You want to use this boar bristle brush just to smooth your edges that you left out and
03:01you want to smooth them backwards towards the ponytail.
03:08Just in case your hair is too long like ours, so you're going to fold it in half, tighten
03:12the elastic around it.
03:15You're going to end up with something like this underneath your ponytail.
03:21The final step is to take your ponytail extension out.
03:26You take the Velcro end and wrap it around so it's secure around the bun.
03:31And so this should be your final ponytail look.
03:34It's nice and perky just like Ariana Grande's so you'll see it from a mile away.
03:38We decided to start our social media as dressing as Ariana Grande on TikTok because it was
03:46a viral video platform.
03:49We could share our love for Ariana and her style very easily by making like little lip
03:54sync videos to her songs or like dances.
03:57In a day we probably film around 25 TikToks.
04:02So reading these kind of comments, like the majority of the hate comments, I would say
04:08I kind of just feel comical.
04:10Like I'd laugh about them.
04:12This is next level identity stuff.

04:59I guess our ultimate goal is to just make videos that make people smile.
