Frontline immigration officers at entry points with Singapore will soon wear body-worn cameras to curb corruption, says Datuk Seri Dr Shamsul Anuar Nasarah.  Addressing allegations about immigration officers selling plastic passport covers during Question Time in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Dec 2), the Deputy Home Minister, Shamsul Anuar clarified that purchasing these covers is optional and entirely at the discretion of travellers. 00:51is the ministry planning to require immigration officers to wear body cams

00:59to ensure that government initiatives and government aspirations

01:09As a start, I would like to say that the ministry and the state are indeed in the planning

01:15to provide body cams for the officers.

01:20We are at the door counter, especially at the Sutan Obakar complex

01:26and the Sutan Iskandar building under the 13th Malaysian Plan, RP1.
