02:42She will be brought to the arraignment for violation of the Securities Regulation Code.

02:47But this did not continue after Nery filed a motion to quash the case.

02:52The court first commented on the prosecution and the Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC in the motion.

05:22and the NBI, which she is being explained about because of the challenges faced by President Bongbong Marcos,

05:28First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, and House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

05:32VP said yesterday,

05:34We received the NBI's payment.

05:39I requested to reschedule the invitation because they have a conflict.

05:48But the Committee of the Camera said,

05:50that can't be blamed on the Vice President because they ignored their call to investigate the NBI.

05:57We are not using it as an excuse.

06:00Because we believe that this issue with the NBI is very important,

06:06and it concerns national security.

06:10Because of that, the NBI will continue the call to the Vice President

06:14to explain for the possible complaint of violation of anti-terror law and grave threats.

06:19But they did not receive any notice that VP Sara will be coming,

06:23even though she did not show up tomorrow.

06:25It will be considered as waiver on her part to explain her side.

06:30She needs a good reason for us to postpone the investigation tomorrow.

06:36If she does not show up and does not say anything,

06:40we will just proceed with our report.

06:42We will submit the case to the Prosecutor's Office of the DOJ.

06:48We are still trying to get a response from VP Sara about the statements of the House Committee and the NBI.

06:53VP Sara said yesterday that she believes that the entire agency of the government is chasing her.

06:59We are actually preparing right now a list of proof that they are,

07:07the whole of government is going after one person and that's me.

07:12The Department of Justice is still investigating if VP Sara violated anti-terror law.

07:17But they insist that the Vice President is not considered a terrorist.

07:20The Vice President is not doing anything like that.

07:23She is not the head of the government.

07:25Her act of terrorism is what she is responsible for.

07:29Justice Undersecretary Jesse Andres also said that the Ombudsman has the power to discipline and investigate VP Sara.

07:36According to the Ombudsman,

07:38I would advise Jose Andres to shut up, to stop talking about the case

07:45because one of the powers of the Ombudsman is to take over the investigation of a case

07:52of any government investigative agency at any stage of the proceedings.

07:58As far as we are concerned right now,

08:00we have not seen any acts of the Vice President that we should investigate.

08:05Are these threats done in relation to the performance of her duties as Vice President?

08:10If not, that would be personal.

08:13And we have no jurisdiction over these things.
